Social Media Audit
As part of my marketing portfolio, I conducted an independent social media audit of Refy Beauty, analyzing their presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest over the 30 days leading up to Memorial Day 2025. The audit examined posting frequency, engagement rates, content strategy, brand voice consistency, and growth opportunities across each platform.
Through this process I identified key strengths including Refy's exceptional 6.3% Instagram engagement rate, their effective use of trending sounds on TikTok, and their visually cohesive Pinterest boards, alongside strategic recommendations to strengthen their Pinterest SEO, unify their Instagram grid, and expand their use of shoppable links and ASMR-driven content. This project demonstrates my ability to analyze a brand's digital presence, think critically about content strategy, and present actionable insights in a clean, professional format.
